Another year, another business venture. Palawan Pawnshop CEO and President Bobby L. Castro led the groundbreaking ceremony on January 14, 2019 of the B & A Bicutan Project, named after him and his wife, Angelita. Purchased in 2016, the 2,671 m2 lot area in Bicutan, Parañaque City will soon rise a 11-level commercial building that is inspired by the 168 Mall in Binondo, Manila. It will offer long-term leasing opportunities for restaurants, convenience stores, entertainments, events place and small shops that huge competing malls could not cater.
B & A Bicutan will be managed by XRC Mall Developer, Inc., the PPS PEPPS’s partner developer for this project. XRC Mall Developer, Inc. is the company beyond the community malls in fast growing cities and municipalities of Rizal province.
Among the attendees of the groundbreaking ceremony are Board of Directors Angelita Castro, Karlo Eugene Josef Castro, Lilian Concepcion Selda, and Roberto Ben Castro. Present also are XRC Chairman Mr. Alexander Cruz with his two sons, Xevier and Xerex; XRC President Ramon Bachoco, Arch. Paolo Angeles, the man behind the schematics of the building; building contractors Rico Maceda and Dennis Belmonte; Prof. Raymundo Roberto and wife, Vicky; selected Palawan Pawnshop associates including Head Office top management, Area Managers from its areas of operations in Luzon and several XRC employees.
The target completion date of this project will be on the last quarter of 2020.
