The City of smiles, Bacolod City, recentlycelebrated its annually most awaited MassKara Festival. Derived from theEnglish word “mass” and Spanish word “cara” which means face, the festival highlightssmiling faces of colorful masks which moniker the city.

The month-long celebration themed “Happy Birthday, Bacolod! 39thMassKara Festival” was composed of different activities like food fests,street parties, and concerts that draw thousands of visitors to flock in theprovince of Negros Occidental to witness the happiest and most colorfulfestival in the country. Its climax was the float parade on October 28, 2018, wherein14 barangays and 10 major establishments all over the city participated toenliven the streets of Bacolod.

 

Palawan Pawnshop associates handed brand collectiblesand candies to the mass of onlookers while the Ginoong Bacolod-2018 winnerswaved ardently on top of the flamboyant underwater-themed display to representthe company in behalf of the brand ambassadors. Present also in the event wastwo Pikoy mascots to better brighten the vibe of the kids and young at heartSuki in Bacolod City.
