Purchased in 2016, the 2,671 m2 lot area in Bicutan, Parañaque City will soon rise a 11-level commercial building that is inspired by the 168 Mall in Binondo, Manila. It will offer long-term leasing opportunities for restaurants, convenience stores, entertainments, events place and small shops that huge competing malls could not cater.
