1. Pumunta sa aming Birthday Blowout website/app, ifill-out ang mga hinihinging detalye at i-submit ang iyong pak na pak na birthday message para sa Palawan Pawnshop-Palawan Express Pera Padala. Mas pak ang ia-upload na selfie o video message kung kukunan sa alinman sa aming mga branches.
2. Ilagay ang contest hashtag na: #PalawanBirthdayBlowout upang mabilang ang iyong entry.
3. This promo will run from August 1-16, 2019. The announcement of the winners will be on August 17, 2019.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Employees of Palawan Pawnshop and Propelrr and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers are not eligible to participate in this contest. Participants can only submit one entry.

2. The winners will be strictly chosen according to the criteria of judging. Disqualification of winners due to non-compliance of requirements and mechanics will be based on the decision of the panel of judges from the Palawan Pawnshop brand team.

3. Palawan Pawnshop reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted on these criteria:

              a. Entry that has formerly been displayed or exhibited to other competing brands

              b. With the appearance of logos or texts of competing brands

              c. Contains profanity, nudity, and sensitive social issues

              d. Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

              e. Has been heavily manipulated/photoshopped

              f. Otherwise offensive or inappropriate

              g. Does not conform or adhere to the mechanics of the contest

4. Palawan Pawnshop reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reason.

5. All approved entries will be owned by Palawan Pawnshop, hence, can be used by the organization for any legitimate purpose.

6. By joining this contest, the participant signifies that she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the contest mechanics, rules and regulations set forth in the contest\'s terms and conditions.

7. Prizes are non-transferrable.

8. Prizes are not convertible to cash.

9. In case of disputes, the decision of Palawan Pawnshop is deemed final.

10. Palawan Pawnshop shall not be liable for any losses or damages which the winner may sustain in availing the prize.

11. Palawan Pawnshop is not liable to pay any transportation costs that the winners will incur in claiming their prizes.

12. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and Facebook. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Terms of Participation.

13. By participating in this promotion, participants with approved entries agree to have their entries posted on the Palawan Pawnshop Facebook page, Instagram Page, and be used for advertising purposes (TV, print, out-of-home, radio, PR, other digital channels, etc.) by Palawan Pawnshop.

14. No substitution or transfer of prize shall be permitted except at the option of Palawan Pawnshop. The company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in place of advertised prizes that are unavailable.

15. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation.

16. In no event shall Palawan Pawnshop, its affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to the participants for any monetary amount greater than the value of the prizes due to the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this promotion.

17. Palawan Pawnshop affiliates and subsidiaries shall not be liable to the participants in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participant, may it be indirect and inconsequential in nature or otherwise, including any economic loss or other loss.

18. Palawan Pawnshop is not accountable nor responsible for any legal liabilities brought about by the misbehavior of winners and/or their companion while they are availing the prizes.

19. Palawan Pawnshop reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest, as well as to suspend, modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

20. Palawan Pawnshop is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in connection with this contest. If in the opinion of Palawan Pawnshop, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, Palawan Pawnshop reserves the right to terminate the contest and determine a winner using previous untampered data received as of the date of termination or to modify the contest in a manner deemed appropriate by Palawan Pawnshop.

21. Any personal information supplied by you for this promotion will be the property of Palawan Pawnshop. Palawan Pawnshop will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party or use it in any way other than as explicitly described herein.
