Who Can Join?

The contest is open to Filipino citizens, legally or by birth, 18 years old and above, residing within the Philippine territory. Contest period is from November 28, 2018 to December 22, 2018.

4. Hintayin ang aming email confirmation kung accepted ang iyong entry.

1.      Employees ofPalawan Pawnshop and Propelrr and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors,agencies, dealers, retailers are not eligible to participate in this contest.Participants can submit multiple entries; however, each participant may onlywin and avail of a single prize once during the whole promo period.

2.      The winnerswill be strictly chosen according to the criteria of judging. Disqualificationof winners due to non-compliance of requirements and mechanics will be based onthe decision of the panel of judges from the Palawan Pawnshop brand team.

3.      PalawanPawnshop reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted on these criteria:

a.      Entry thathas formerly been displayed or exhibited to other competing brands

b.      With theappearance of logos or texts of competing brands

c.      Containsprofanity, nudity, and sensitive social issues

d.      Fraudulent,deceptive, or misleading

e.      Has beenheavily manipulated/photoshopped

f.       Otherwiseoffensive or inappropriate

g.      Does notconform or adhere to the mechanics of the contest 

4.      PalawanPawnshop reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at itsdiscretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete,ineligible, or inappropriate for any reason.

5.      All approvedentries will be owned by Palawan Pawnshop, hence, can be used by theorganization for any legitimate purpose.

6.      By joiningthis contest, the participant signifies that she has read, understood andagrees to abide by the contest mechanics, rules and regulations set forth inthe contest’s terms and conditions.

7.      Prizes arenon – transferrable.

8.      Prizes arenot convertible to cash.

9.      In case ofdisputes, the decision of Palawan Pawnshop is deemed final.

10.  PalawanPawnshop shall not be liable for any losses or damages which the winner maysustain in availing the prize.

11.  PalawanPawnshop is not liable to pay any transportation costs that the winners willincur in claiming their prizes.

12.  This contestis in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated withTwitter and Facebook. By participating in this contest, participants agree toabide by and be bound by these Official Terms of Participation

13.  Byparticipating in this promotion, participants with approved entries agree tohave their entries posted on the Palawan Pawnshop Facebook Page, InstagramPage, and be used for advertising purposes (TV, print, out-of-home, radio, PR,other digital channels, etc.) by Palawan Pawnshop.

14.  Nosubstitution or transfer of prize shall be permitted except at the option ofPalawan Pawnshop. The company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equalvalue in place of advertised prizes that are unavailable.

15.  Acceptance ofa prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and/or likeness foradvertising purposes without further notice or compensation.

16.  In no eventshall Palawan Pawnshop, its affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to theparticipants for any monetary amount greater that the value of the prizes dueto the prize winner under the rules and regulations of this promotion.

17.  PalawanPawnshop affiliates and subsidiaries shall not be liable to the participants incontract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenseor any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the participant, may it beindirect and inconsequential in nature or otherwise, including any economicloss or other loss.

18.  PalawanPawnshop is not accountable nor responsible for any legal liabilities broughtabout by the misbehavior of winners and/or their companion while they areavailing the prizes.

19.  PalawanPawnshop reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest,as well as to suspend, modify or cancel the contest at any time without priornotice.

20.  PalawanPawnshop is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions,lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed,incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electroniccommunications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone related problemsor errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment orprogramming associated with or utilized in this contest, or by any human errorwhich may occur in connection with this contest. If in the opinion of PalawanPawnshop, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with anyportion of the contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrityof the contest, Palawan Pawnshop reserves the right to terminate the contestand determine a winner using previous untampered data received as of the dateof termination or to modify the contest in a manner deemed appropriate byPalawan Pawnshop.
