BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

  1. Act as primary communications contact between PPG and external agencies and private sectors while maintaining an excellent working relationship to resolve any issues
  2. Ensure that all associates' government information is accurate and complete
  3. Ensure implementation of all employee benefit processes
  4. Educate AHRC's on HR policies and procedures as well as changes and updates on agency requirements
  5. Process reports and settles company's monetary obligations to external agencies and private sectors

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 4-year graduate of Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant course
  • Preferably with solid understanding, knowledge and experience in benefits administration (SSS, PAG-Ibig, Philhealth)
  • Organized, detail-oriented and capable of coming up with innovative ideas
  • Proficient in the use computer programs such as Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Emails and others
  • Good oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Area: Palawan Pawnshop Head Office Manila - Makati City

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

  1. Evaluate processes of the audit entities through internal audit checklists
  2. Identify the level of conformity of the audit entities with established rules, regulations, policies and procedures set by PPG and government bodies.
  3. Communicate audit reports objectively to Department Head and the audit entities.
  4. Conduct follow-up audit to monitor action plans based on audit findings.
  5. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Graduate of IT, Business or Accounting or any related course
  • Minimum of 3 years of audit experience from other companies
  • Provided internal audit consultancy services to financial institutions and other related industry
  • Preferrably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • An agile and a very engaging person as a professional due to exposure in multiple working culture and clients
