KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
- Ensures efficient operation of all Application Software in all platforms in the Data Center thru verification of information from application management tools and software monitoring utilities.
- Provides assistance with software support and troubleshooting through interaction with the customer
- Analyzes application and provides recommendations on how to improve performance of the applications.
- Provides documentation to ensure that application configuration changes are properly documented.
- Develop and formulate complex programs and scripts that will aid in the operations of specific application software.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be a graduate of an I.T./ Computer Science or related Engineering or Technology Courses
- Must have at least three (3) years of exposure in System Programming / Technical Support related work. (in Linux, Windows Systems Environment)
- Must be a good team player with a customer-oriented attitude, good in oral/ written communication skills.
- Must possess good skills in problem solving and analysis and project planning.
- Must be knowledgeable in the advanced use of PC Software and Utilities such as: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Web browsers - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, others, MS Windows OS or Linux - installation and operation of utilities, Database Software – SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, Postgre. others
- Knowledgeable in Advanced Computer/ Networking Concepts and Operations: Computer Architecture and Hardware, Data Communications and LAN / WAN Networking, Transaction Security Technologies
