• To ensure safety and security of all customers, personnel, assets, and valuables.

• To support disciplinary, administrative, and criminal investigations.

• To review footage to optimize workflows and resolve conflicts.

How We Use and Protect Your Data

• CCTV footage is securely stored and automatically deleted after ten (10) days, unless required for a valid investigation.
• Only authorized personnel of PGC manage and access CCTV footage.
• Access is strictly controlled and granted only for lawful and documented purposes.
• No public report of CCTV footage requests is generated to protect privacy.
• PGC complies fully with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Circular No. 2024-02.
