Who is qualified to Join?
All Filipinos residing in the Philippines, 18 years old and above are eligible to enter. Must be registered and verified PalawanPay users.
Who is disqualified?
Employees of promoting agency Palawan Pawnshop - Palawan Express Pera Padala, advertising agency Propelrr and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
How to join?
Have your foreign currencies exchanged at Palawan Pawnshop and create a video to be posted publicly on social media answering the question “Bakit Papalit Sulit Ang Palawan Money Changer?”

WINNERS: Winners of the promo will be announced through Palawan Pawnshop - Palawan Express Pera Padala social media pages and they will be receiving notifications on their PalawanPay-registered contact numbers.

ELIGIBILITY
A. All participants must meet the following eligibility:

- Residing in the Philippines
- Verified user of PalawanPay
COMPLETE MECHANICS
- Participants must have their foreign currencies exchanged at any Palawan Pawnshop money changer branch.
- Participants must keep their transaction receipts and reference number to validate their entries.
- Upload a public photo on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, answering the question “Bakit Papalit Sulit Ang Palawan Money Changer?”
- Entries must contain the hashtags #PapalitPanaloSaPalawan and #WinWinKayoSaPalawan
- To formalize the entry, participants must use the official Palawan Pawnshop form provided https://forms.gle/UBK8wFWcJjHkZi8G9 to register. Here, they will provide their Money Changer transaction number and other personal details.
- Palawan will be following a set of criteria to judge all entries received.
- Customers can only participate once.
- Palawan shall announce the top 20 winners of P5,000 PalawanPay Credits and one grand winner of P10,000 on October 24, 2023.
PRIZES
20 Winners of P5,000 PalawanPay Credits and 1 Grand Winner of P10,000 PalawanPay Credit
Prizes are non-transferrable and will be sent to winners through their verified* PalawanPay account.
Sending of prizes will be made once data of all the winners are checked and verified. A notification will also be sent out after the announcement of winners on social media, via text message to their registered mobile number. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of Notification.
*Verified means that the account is upgraded from a Basic level

Announcements/collateral bearing the important promo details will be posted in Palawan Pawnshop social media pages, official website, and all participating branches.
