PAWN HOLI-SLAY

PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The Pawn Holi-Slay promo entitles ALL Sangla Suki from December 05, 2025, to January 20, 2026, who will:

• Pawn at any Palawan Pawnshop branch.
• Renew their pawn at Palawan Pawnshop branches or through the pawn renewal feature of the PalawanPay App.
• Buy Rematado items (Cash or Bili-Sangla) via Palawan Pawnshop branches or the Palawan Pawnshop Jewelry Facebook Page (BST, if applicable).
• Buy Rematado items via the PalawanPay App

2. To join, Sangla Suki customers with pawn, renewal, or rematado transactions from December 05, 2025, to January 20, 2026, must opt in by completing the electronic raffle registration through the QR code.

By registering, participants give explicit consent to join the raffle and allow the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

3. Should a customer wish to join the promo but encounter difficulty in completing their registration, they may request assistance from the Branch Head or any authorized branch personnel to facilitate their enrollment in the promo.

4. Get a chance to win a Rematado Gold Jewelry and Palawan Gold Bar & Coins.

5. Earn the following raffle entries for every successful and valid registration with a unique pawn ticket number (for new pawn or pawn renewal transactions) or a unique stock number (for rematado transaction) at any Palawan Pawnshop branches and PalawanPay App, from December 05, 2025, to January 20, 2026.

• Sangla (Per PT number) = 2 Raffle Entries
• Pawn Renewal (Per PT number) = 1 Raffle Entry
• Rematado -Cash/Bili Sangla (Per Stock Number) = 1 Raffle Entry

6. The main Key Visuals (KV) with QR Codes for registration and full promo mechanics shall be printed on A4 size bond paper and displayed at the branch grill counter, near the Branch Head.

7. Customers may join the promo multiple times during the promo period but can only win once per raffle draw. If the same person is drawn more than once, a new winner will be drawn to take their place.

8. All selected winners with sangla (new pawn) or pawn renewal raffle entries must have an active pawn transaction at the time of validation. If the winner’s Sangla or renewal ticket is already redeemed or no longer active, a new winner will be drawn in their place. Winners whose entries came from Rematado transactions are not required to have an active sangla. Their win remains valid even without an active pawn.

9. Winners of the bi-monthly raffle draws shall be posted within three (3) days after each draw and verification. The Grand Prize winner shall be posted on January 26, 2026.
The names of all winners, both bi-monthly and grand prize, shall be posted on the official Palawan Pawnshop Facebook page. The winner gets to choose their preferred prize from among the options offered to all winners. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

10. Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS and phone calls through their registered contact details by the Palawan Pawnshop Customer Care team. To claim their prize, winners must undergo and complete the verification process with the Palawan Pawnshop Group. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise, they will be forfeited in favor of Palawan Pawnshop with prior DTI approval.

11. Winners can claim their prize at any Palawan Pawnshop branch. To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID. Both the winner and the branch representative must sign an acknowledgment document as proof that the prize has been awarded.

12. Palawan Pawnshop Group will shoulder all taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00, as well as any other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize.

13. If claiming through an authorized representative, the following must be presented:

• One (1) valid ID of the winner
• One (1) valid ID of the authorized representative
• A signed authorization letter from the winner

14. All employees of the Palawan Pawnshop Group of Companies, its advertising agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not eligible to join this promotion.

15. Palawan Group associates at the participating branch/es will be responsible for managing and executing the promotion in accordance with the guidelines set by the Palawan Pawnshop Group and applicable DTI rules and regulations.

16. An e-raffle draw shall be conducted on December 23, 2025; January 08, 2026; and January 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM via MS Teams, in the presence of a DTI Representative. Winners are electronically selected based on active or unredeemed sangla pawnticket numbers (including BST) and rematado transacted within the raffle scheduled period. Redeemed sangla transactions within the promo period will be disqualified. The following are the schedule of draws and prizes offered and the requirements to be met by all selected winners.
