PROMO MECHANICS:

1. The SanglaSaya sa Palawan! promo entitles ALL Sangla Suki who will pawn to any Palawan Pawnshop Branches or renew their gold jewelry items to any items to any Palawan Pawnshop Branches and PalawanPay from August 01 to September 09, 2025.

2. Get a chance to win a Rematado Gold Jewelry, Palawan Gold Bar & Coins, PalawanPay Credits, Renewal Digital Voucher and Protektodo Insurance!

3. To join, sangla suki customers with pawn and renewal transactions from August 01 to September 09, 2025, must opt-in by completing the electronic raffle registration by scanning the QR code.

By registering, participants give explicit consent to join the raffle and allow the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

4. Should a customer wish to join the promo but encounter difficulty in completing their registration, they may request assistance from the Branch Head or any authorized branch personnel to facilitate their enrollment in the promo.

5. Earn one raffle entry for every successful valid registration with a unique pawn ticket number for New Pawn or Pawn Renewal transaction to any Pawnshop Pawnshop branches / Pawn Renewal at PalawanPay App from August 01 to September 09, 2025

6. An e-raffle draw shall be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative. Winners are electronically selected based on active or unredeemed Sangla Suki pawnticket numbers transacted within the raffle scheduled period. Redeemed sangla transactions within the promo period will be disqualified. The following are the schedule of draws and prizes offered and the requirement to be met by all selected winners

7. Sangla Suki customers may join the promo multiple times during the promo period but can only win once per raffle draw. If the same person is drawn more than once, a new winner will be drawn to take their place.

8. All selected winners must have an active pawn transaction. If a winner is found to have no active pawn upon verification, a new winner will be selected as a replacement.

9. Winners of the daily and weekly draws will be posted regularly on the official Palawan Pawnshop Facebook page not later than 3 days after it is drawn and verified. Grand Prize shall be posted on September 12, 2025. The winner gets to choose their preferred prize among the options offered to all winners. Prizes can be transferable but not convertible to cash (prizes must either be convertible to cash or transferrable or both).

10. Winners will be notified via SMS and phone call through their registered mobile number by the Palawan Pawnshop Customer Care team. To claim their prize, winners must undergo and complete the verification process with the Palawan Pawnshop Group. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification; otherwise, they will be forfeited in favor of Palawan Pawnshop with prior DTI approval.

11. Winners can claim their prize at any Palawan Pawnshop branches. To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID. both the winner and the branch representative must sign an acknowledgment document as proof that the prize has been awarded.

12. Palawan Pawnshop Group will shoulder all taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00, as well as any other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize.

13. If claiming through an authorized representative, the following must be presented:

• One (1) valid ID of the winner
• One (1) valid ID of the authorized representative
• A signed authorization letter from the winner

14. All employees of the Palawan Pawnshop Group of Companies, its advertising agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not eligible to join this promotion.

15. Palawan Group associates at the participating branch/es will be responsible for managing and executing the promotion in accordance with the guidelines set by the Palawan Pawnshop Group and applicable DTI rules and regulations.
