WHO IS QUALIFIED TO JOIN?
All beneficiaries (or receivers) of RIA international remittance transaction in the Philippines who will claim at any participating Palawan Express Pera Padala location on September 16 to October 31, 2023, with any remittance amount, with or without SUKI CARD.


WHO IS DISQUALIFIED?
Employees of Palawan Express Pera Padala branches, authorized agents, their employees, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

   A DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw.

WINNERS:
All winners will be notified via text message and registered mail by the Palawan Express Pera Padala officer


COMPLETE MECHANICS:

1. 1 RIA international remittance claim = 1 e-raffle entry
2. All beneficiaries who will become qualified for an e-raffle will receive an SMS notification for each entry.
3. There is no limit on how many e-raffle entries one beneficiary can get.
4. A participant can only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, the winner should get the prize of a higher value.

PRIZES:

*All cash prizes will be sent thru the *verified PalawanPay account of the winner


Prizes are non-transferable. The 20% tax on the prize will be shouldered by Palawan Express Pera Padala. Sending of prizes will be made once the data of all the winners are checked and verified. A notification will also be sent out after the announcement of winners on social media via text message to their registered mobile numbers.

Mobile Phones and Motorcycles shall be claimed at the nearest Palawan Pawnshop area office within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail. Winners should present the registered mail notification and a valid ID to claim the prize.

Palawan Pawnshop will shoulder the motorcycle registration of the winners and other related taxes and expenses. Motorcycle insurance will be provided for the first year upon registration of the motorcycle. The winner will be the one to renew the insurance in the succeeding years.

*Verified means that the account is upgraded from a Basic level
