PROMO DURATION
The Promo period is from January 1- January 31, 2024.

SERVICE COVERED
The promo is valid for all AFPMBAI loan payments via PalawanPay or Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala branches with a minimum transaction amount of Php 500.00.

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN
All registered PalawanPay users residing in the Philippines, 13 years old and above are eligible to join.

HOW TO EARN A RAFFLE ENTRY
The customer is entitled to two (2) e-raffle entries for every successful payment transaction to AFPMBAI via PalawanPay Mobile App. Meanwhile, a customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry for every successful payment transaction at any Palawan Express Pera Padala branch nationwide.


DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

1. Date and Time

February 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM, will be drawn via Electronic Raffle draw with a DTI representative and representatives from Palawan Pawnshop - Palawan Express Pera Padala. (Announcement of winners will be on: February 16, 2024)

An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under the supervision of a DTI representative A customer can only win once during the promo duration. In case a customer’s name is drawn multiple times, he or she will get the prize of a higher value. Prizes will be disbursed via PalawanPay wallet and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.


PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner of a brand-new iPhone 15 128GB for the e-raffle draw.

WINNERS
Each winner shall allow PalawanPay & Palawan Pawnshop- Palawan Express Pera Padala to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.

Basic account winners must upgrade their account (from BASIC to VERIFIED) to claim their prize.

ELIGIBILITY

1. All participants must meet the following eligibility:
1. Must be 13 years old and above.
2. Residing in the Philippines
3. At least a basic account holder of PalawanPay

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding 10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Pawnshop Group.
2. The promo offer and prize are only available to customers from AFPMBAI.
3. All transactions must be made within the promo period to qualify. Unsuccessful payment transactions will not be valid.
4. Employees of the Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
5. Winners shall be notified via SMS and registered mail.
6. Prize will be available for pick up at the preferred Palawan Pawnshop Branch of the winner within 30 days after the announcement of the winner and must present one (1) valid ID and SMS/Mail from PPG to confirm identity.
7. The Prizes are not convertible to cash. Claiming of prize is until 60 days from receipt of written notice from the PalawanPay representative. Failure to claim prizes within the said days will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
8. If claiming through an authorized representative, present a valid ID to confirm an identity and an Authorization letter from the winner with a signature and copy of ID.

DATA COLLECTION

An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under the supervision of a DTI representative. Entries will be taken from the transactional log data from PalawanPay’s system. Customers who meet the set criteria will be included in the pool of entries.
