WHO IS QUALIFIED TO JOIN?
All beneficiaries (or receivers) of RCBC international remittance transaction in the Philippines who will claim at any participating Palawan Express Pera Padala location on November 10, 2023 to February 10, 2024, with any remittance amount, with or without SUKI CARD.
WHO IS DISQUALIFIED?
Employees of Palawan Express Pera Padala branches, authorized agents, their employees, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

WINNERS:
All winners will be notified via text message and registered mail by the Palawan Express Pera Padala officer.
COMPLETE MECHANICS:
- 1 RCBC international remittance claim = 1 e-raffle entry
- All receivers of International Payout who are qualified to join will receive an SMS notification for each entry.
- There is no limit on how many e-raffle entries one beneficiary can get.
- A participant can only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, the winner should get the prize of a higher value.

*All cash prizes will be sent thru the *verified PalawanPay account of the winner
Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Processing of travel documents, travel tax, other incidental expenses, tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prizes shall be shouldered by Palawan Express Pera Padala.
Sending of prizes will be made once the data of all the winners are checked and verified. Also, their names will be posted at the Palawan Pawnshop Facebook page.
Winner may claim his/her prize at the nearest Palawan Pawnshop area office within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail or it will be forfeited in favor of Palawan Express Pera Padala with prior approval of DTI. Winners should present the registered mail notification and a valid ID to claim the prize.
*An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:
- Signed authorization letter from the winner
- Photocopy of the valid ID of the authorized winner
- Valid ID of the authorized representative
- Registered mail notification
*Verified means that the account is upgraded from a Basic level
