Palawan Pawnshop, awarded as PhilHealth’s Top Paying Employer

On an event spearheaded by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) in Palawan last December 20, 2018, Palawan Pawnshop- Palawan Express Pera Padala received a recognition for being the top employer in the province in terms of covering its employees under the National Health Insurance Program thru on-time payment and submission of reports.

In a follow-up interview with Marian Carlos, PhilHealth - Palawan Information Officer on January 11, 2019, featured on several local radio stations in province, she emphasized the reason why they chose to give Palawan Pawnshop two recognitions, one for being on the Top 10 and another one for being the Top Paying Employer. According to her, the company complies with PhilHealth’s standards of on-time remittance and on-time submission of reports and that there were no problems encountered with the company throughout the year, making it the most suitable for the said recognitions.
