Palawan Pawnshop - Palawan Express Celebrates 30 Years of Excellence

Palawan Pawnshop Palawan Express Pera Padala (PPS PEPP) marked its 30th Anniversary with series of events held in Puerto Princesa City with the theme, "Celebrate 30 Years of Excellence, Raise the Bar to Greater Heights! On to the Next Three Decades of Innovative Leadership and Exceptional Service!"

The celebration started off on August 9, Sunday, with Takbo Palaweño, a benefit run held in Puerto Princesa Baywalk Park and was participated by PPS PEPP associates, schools, and government and private institutions. This was followed by the Community Service Program on three selected barangays in the city.

A Motorcade ran around the main roads of the city on August 15, Saturday, and started a buzz on the night’s Bonggang Handog Pasasalamat Concert which starred PPS PEPP’s own Tatlong Itlog Mauro Leongson, Jack Falcis and Rolando Diana II; national celebrities Paolo Avelino, Daryl Ong, Aicelle Santos, Pooh and Beverly Salviejo; impersonators and local PPS PEPP talents.

On the anniversary day, August 17, the Board of Directors, together with some associates and officers attended an early morning mass held at Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral and later the evening, gathered for the Gala Night in Skylight Convention Center where loyal associates were recognized.

Highlights of the events were televised via Puerto Princesa CATV Community Channel on August 29.
